As we tread through these uncharted waters of this pandemic, the safety of yourself and our staff is our priority. There are strict social distancing guidelines and they will be maintained at all times. Stations and chairs will be disinfected and wiped down between client appointments. Our staff will sanitize and disinfect all common areas. We will operate under these policies to stop the spread of Covid 19.
Revised Polices:
- If you had a fever in the last 48 hours, please call or visit the booking site to reschedule. (no cancellation charge will apply)
- Please arrive on time with no extra people. Only client to get serviced will be allowed inside of the salon,
- Call 919*900*8665 upon arrival, we will notify you when you can enter the building. There will be no waiting in the salon.
- Face covering/mask are required to enter into the salon.
- Please wash your hands well prior to hair service or before picking a nail color.
- For hair appointments, please use mask with elastic ear loops.
- Please have minimal, essential items only with you.
- Do not leave personal belongings like keys and phones on the stations or on counters. We have paper bags for your use.
- Avoid wearing layers that you intend to remove during service.
- Please arrive on schedule and note that we may be unable to accommodate last minute changes.
- Allow our stylist team to pick up retail products for you.
- We will not require signatures on touch screens for credit card or mobile device payments.
- Please take advantage of our hand sanitizer that will be provided in our guest services.
